- 1 standard size graham cracker pie crust
- Half package cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 full container Cool Whip
- 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced (or any other fruit)
First, you are going to spoon out the cream cheese and put it in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Then you are going to do the same with the cool whip. Only do half of the container. Mix until it starts to look smooth.
Slice up your strawberries thinly, and put in mixing bowl. If wanted add or substitute another fruit such as, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc. Set aside a few pieces of the fruit you chose. Mix together the cream cheese, cool whip, and fruit until desired smoothness.
Put your mixture into the pie crust. Then take the other have of the cool whip and swirl it around on top. Place your fruit in a pattern on top of your pie, if you like.
